The Social Security Administration (“SSA”)
released a long-range delivery projection named Vision 2025 this week. This vison will serve as a roadmap as to how
SSA should accomplish their objectives over the next decade. SSA’s three major
priorities are superior customer service, exceptional employees and an
innovative organization. SSA hopes this vision will allow them to adapt with the
constant changes in technology and society.
SSA claimed they derived their vision after speaking to employees, customers and partners. As we hear about any developments related to the Vision 2025 agenda, we will certainly let you know.
